If you begin to notice age spots as you age, you can try to lighten it if you wish. There are over-the-counter products or prescribed products to help you do this. You may try a fade cream, yet at the same time follow the instructions very carefully so you avoid irritating your skin.
Z talked about ‘jumping off.’ He’s reading a book about Kit Carson and his tour vietnam from Missouri to New Mexico in the early 1800’s. When someone decided to leave Missouri for further west they were jumping off. This was crazy dangerous and took a huge leap of faith and commitment. I know it sounds way corny and it did to us the night before the game, but if you think about it, it was relevant to our situation. Jump off to beat the Cowboys. Maybe Z is the pep talk expert. I mean, before the New Orleans game the topic was ‘be excellent,’ a line from George Carlin in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure.
Hoi An is a small town in Central Vietnam famous for its wooden houses, family chapels, Assembly Halls and for its silk shops. In the morning, take a private car from Hoi An Town to My Son Holy Land, a World Heritage, 50 km southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries. My Son, considered to be in the same league as some of Southeast Asia’s greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries was built from the 7 to 13 centuries.
Crawl through the Cu Chi tunnels. This extensive network of nearly 500 km of Viet Cong tunnels used in the French Indochina and American wars. The tunnels have complete facilities, from kitchens to printing presses and even street signs, all of which were used to aid the NLF (National Liberation Front) military. Tours involve a description of the tunnels, after which tourists are allowed to crawl about the maze. It is about 50km north-west of central tour vietnam city.
Malaysia. In case you do not know yet, Malaysia has one of the tallest towers in the world. Twin towers at that. For as long as you are in Kuala Lumpur, you should be able t see the monolithic buildings. To get in, I am not sure if the policy has changed, you would need to be in first 100 who wants to get in. Usually the best time to get is in in the morning. Heavy traffic is to be expected. I don’t know where it is exactly, but there is a church that is built with stones from the Netherlands. As tempting as it may be, please respect the “indegenious people” and their culture by not exploiting them by going to tours that offer to take you to these people to see their culture.
The hungry bear ate and tore up the plants all within 10 minutes before exiting the home again. Brenda Freeman described him as a “very graceful, very calm” bear.
