Shipping & Installation
At Resource Furniture, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and professional shipping and installation. Whether you place an order online or design a custom-made piece through one of our showrooms, we work tirelessly to ensure a timely, smooth delivery.
Shipping for stock orders will be applied at checkout. Online stock orders shipping within our local showroom service areas will be delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks, while deliveries outside of our local service areas may take longer. Please refer to the "Delivery Information" section of our FAQ for our list of local service areas.
Because our custom furniture ships from Europe, shipping fees and timelines for custom orders are determined by your sales representative on a case-by-case basis.
ONLINE STOCK ORDER Delivery & Installation Details:
- Shipping for stock orders will be applied at checkout.
- NOTE: Additional shipping charges may apply depending on delivery location.
- Delivery for online stock orders is ONLY available within the Continental US, with the exception of Florida. If you are located in Florida, please call us 212-753-2039 for details.
- Local deliveries shipping within our service areas ship in approximately 2-4 weeks.
- Long distance deliveries shipping outside our service areas ship in approximately 3-4 weeks, though remote areas may take longer. Please refer to the "Delivery Information" section of our FAQ for our list of local service areas.
- If installation services are requested, quotes will be provided based on scope of work.
- Once your order is received, a Resource Furniture concierge will call you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order items and site conditions, and to arrange your delivery and/or installation.
- LONG DISTANCE ORDERS: We partner with a professional shipping company for deliveries to locations outside of our local service areas. Our delivery partner will call 1-2 days prior with an estimated time of delivery.
- Delivery includes 2-man service and placement in a room of your choice.
- NOTE: Driver(s) will not move existing furniture. Please clear the entire installation area and delivery path prior to delivery. For more information on preparing your space ahead of delivery and installation, please see our FAQ.
CUSTOM ORDER Delivery Details:
- Delivery is available by quote on all custom orders.
- Delivery for custom orders is only available within the US, with the exception of Florida. If you are located in Florida, please call us 212-753-2039 for details.
- Custom orders are reviewed individually, factoring in destination, weight, size, and number of items to determine shipping charges, timelines, and delivery methods. Your sales representative will provide you with details on a case-by-case basis.
- Installation services are available by quote within each of our local showroom service areas. In some cases, we can refer you to professional installation services outside of our local service areas. Please contact your sales representative for details.
- A Resource Furniture Logistics team member or one or our shipping partners will contact you prior to delivery based on your location.
- Our delivery partner will call 1-2 days prior with an estimated time of delivery.
- Delivery only includes two-man service and placement in a room of your choice, though some exceptions may apply.
- NOTE: Driver(s) will not move existing furniture. Please clear the entire installation area and delivery path prior to delivery. For more information on preparing your space ahead of delivery and installation, please refer to our FAQ.
- Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible.
Delivery & Installation Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled installation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to clear area for installation will result in rescheduling and subsequent cancellation fee.
- NOTE: All orders are final. Resource Furniture does not accept returns or refunds.
- For all orders, both online and custom, a sales representative will personally assess your space to ensure your furniture will fit seamlessly. If the product(s) you’ve selected cannot be installed in your desired space for any reason, your sales representative will offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund prior to delivery and installation.
