As of January 1, 2023, two new California state laws provide even more flexibility in terms where ADUs can be built on a property and make the process of obtaining an ADU permit more transparent and streamlined. Not sure where to start? Fortunately, the following floorplans have been reviewed and pre-approved by LADBS under the Standard Plan Program, so you can jump right into your project.
